REDEMPTION - TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Offers can be redeemed only after the complete payment for the booked nights.
- Booking will be honored subject to availability.
- CB points once deducted, cannot be returned.
- Usage of CB Points for Early Check-in & Late Check-out is subject to availability & prior approval from the hotel.
- For 1 USD of redemption, the member will need 10 Reward points.
For Example: If the incidental charges of the guest upon check out are about USD 50, then the guest would need to use 50 x 10 = 500 Reward Points.
- Status for year N+1 is based on activity between January 1st and December 31st of year N. N+1 year.
(N=rest of present year from the date of gaining the status).
- Payment can be made through cash or credit cards.
- Reservations should be made through the CityBlue Hotels website i.e., www.citybluehotels.com.
- CB Points accumulated by the member are not transferable to any other individual or company.
- No-show room nights will not be counted towards the calculation of CB points. Only actual stay will be considered upon total amount realization.
- Terms and conditions can be changed anytime without notice at the discretion of CityBlue Hotels.
